Backed by Roy Vogt and Glenn Williams, Brent Mason and Jack Pearson jam out at the 9th Annual Chet Atkins Tribute Show at 3rd & Lindsley in Nashville. There's a bit of 6-string history captured here: This was the first time Pearson and Mason had ever played together on-stage, despite both being giants in the Music City guitar scene.

|JERRY REED TRIBUTE||JUNE 10, 2014 - 3RD AND LINDSLEY / NASHVILLE
In 1972, Jerry Reed and Chet Atkins released Me and Chet, their second album of duets. One of the tracks was "Liebestraum," and here Richard Smith and Brent Mason revisit that piece backed by Tommy Emmanuel on flattop and a superb band. The show was a tribute to the late Jerry Reed and his guitar wizardry.

When NYC-based Oz Noy swung through Nashville to celebrate the release of his latest album, Twisted Blues, Vol. 2, he brought Keith Carlock with him and drafted local players to round out the band. Here's what it sounded like when they tore into "You Dig."
