1995 W.C. Handy/Blues Foundation regional award winner (New York Metropolitan Area), Johnny Charles, has taken his blues guitar and his CD Roadmaster on the road from Syracuse to Memphis, and all points in between.


Johnny has shared the bill with blues greats such as B.B. King, Roy Buchanan, Jimmy Vaughan, Anson Funderburgh, Roomfull of Blues, John Mayall, Johnny Copeland, Dr. John, Hubert Sumlin and Ronnie Earl.


For his recording projects, Johnny has worked with musicians from the bands of Danny Gatton, Roy Buchanan, Jeff Beck and Eric Clapton.
